Solo kiero acotar q me señora biene viajando sola desde salta y un chofer picaro y desubicado le falto el respeto pidiendole su numero de telefono y preguntandole si esta soltera keria saber si eso esta en el protocolo? por dios ya ni a una mujer se la puede mandar sola de viaje..

Me tocó realizar un viaje desde Santiago a Tucumán, el colectivo estuvo demorado casi 45 minutos y el chofer del mismo fue un maleducado en todo momento. No recomiendo

Cada vez que viajo por Andesmar tienen una excelente excusa para estar demorado más de 1hr.. Vergonzoso!!

VERGONZOSA LA UNIDAD QUE ESTA EN TRAYECTO A RESISTENCIA DESDE SAN MIGUEL DE TUCUMAN, QUE PARTIO DE LA TERMINAL A LAS 19 HS. ABONAR 1250 PESOS POR VIAJAR EN UNA UNIDAD DONDE EL ASIENTO NO SE QUEDA FIJO PORQUE ESTA ROTO EL BOTON PARA RECLINAR EL ASIENTO Y NO SE PUEDE APOYAR LA ESPALDA PORQUE SE RECLINA TOTALMENTE, UNA SUCIEDAD EN LAS CORTINAS DE MESES DE NO LIMPIARSE. UNA ESTAFA Y FALTA DE RESPETO A QUIENES ELIGEN ESA EMPRESA PARA VIAJAR. ROBAN EL DINERO A LOS PASAJEROS. TODO ESTO, CON FOTOS Y TESTIGOS VA A SER PUBLICADO EN TODOS LOS MEDIOS DISPONIBLES, MAS ALLA DE LAS DENUNCIAS CORRESPONDIENTES A LA CNRT Y LOS LOS LUGARES DE DEFENSA AL CONSUMIDOR. NO TIENEN MORAL PRESENTAR SEMEJANTES UNIDADES DISFRAZADAS COMO SI FUERAN NUEVAS. UNA EMPRESA INMORAL, COMO TODAS LAS QUE PERTENECEN AL GRUPO DE FLECHA BUS, QUE SON TODAS LO MISMO. After a horrible car accident with the bus from Salta to Quiaca, in which everyone had almost died (the bus was hanging on a cliff above the river) Andesmar did NOTHING to help the survivers. We were treated like animals. They brought us back to Salta under the pretext of getting some help and a hotel...but when we arrived the Andesmar office there knew nothing about it and people that didnt even have their phones or money (we had to leave everything in the bus with the evacuation) were left out on the street. They even laughed at us and said we were exaggerating. HORRIBLE! A lot of people were still in a state of shock and really needed a place to sleep. In the whole process after the accident there was NO ONE of Andesmar to support us or give us any information. We were totally dependent on the driver who of course was also traumatised by the event.Despues de un accidente orible con un bus de Salta a Quiaca, en que casi hemos muertos todos (el bus estaba caendo en un rio) Andesmar no ha hecho NADA para los sobrevivientes. Fuimos tratados como animales. Nos han llevado otra vez a Salta con el promiso de ayuda y un hotel pero cuando hemos llegado en Salta la oficina de Andesmar no sabia nada y la gente que no tenia ni plata ni celulares (en la evacuacion nos han obligado dejar todo en el bus) fueron dejado en la calle por la noche. Se han reido de nosotros y han dicho que exageremos. ORIBLE! Mucha gente todavia estaba en un estado de shock y necesitaba un lugar donde dormir. En todo el proceso despues del accidente no habia NADIE de Andesmar para sustenirnos o darnos informacion. Estuvimos totalmente dependientes del conductor...que logicamente tenia tambien un trauma del accidente

A la Empresa;como es posible q un viaje programado a las 18y 45 sean las 21 y sin novedad .Lamentable la falta de control y protección de los derechos de los pasajeros;q pagamos un viaje ejecutivo
