You have been warned, never hire Dracma Soluciones to process a shipment, import or export any goods or any other matter. Stay well away. This company cheated us, stole over 1700 USD from us and our shipment took over 10 months to be sent. The owner, Andres Borja Moreno, has no idea how to export, import or just send a shipment from one country to another. He lied several times about the status of our shipment, assuring us that it had been sent when in fact it was still in the storage depot. He sent false documents to us to make us think that he was doing his work and that the shipment had been loaded onto a boat, but in reality he did nothing until 10 months later when we tried to transfer our shipment to another company because we had lost all hope he would send it. And we had to pay over 10 months of storage fees to the depot. Nos mintió varias veces acerca del estado de nuestra mercancía, asegurándonos que había sido enviada cuando en realidad seguía en el depósito.
